Epoxy floor price per m²
in Latvia

Transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Price from 15 €/m² depending on project size, concrete condition and chosen system.

What determines the epoxy floor price?

The epoxy floor price per m² is not fixed — it is formed from several factors that differ for each project. Here are the main ones:

Project area

Larger projects — lower price per m². A small project (e.g. a 40 m² garage) costs more per m² than a 1000 m² warehouse.

🔨

Concrete preparation

If the concrete is in good condition, preparation is faster and cheaper. Cracks, oil residues and weakened concrete increase the scope of work.

📏

Coating thickness

Standard garage coating — 2 mm. Industrial facility with forklifts — 4–6 mm. Thicker = more material = higher price.

System type

Standard epoxy is the cheapest option. Chemical-resistant, antistatic or antibacterial systems are premium class and cost more.

Indicative price table

These prices are indicative — the exact price is determined after a free site inspection. Concrete preparation, priming and the main coating layer are included.

Application Typical area System Price m²
Private garage 25–80 m² 2 mm epoxy, non-slip quartz 17–25 €/m²
Auto service / workshop 80–300 m² 3 mm industrial, chemical-resistant 20–28 €/m²
Warehouse 200–800 m² 3–4 mm heavy load system 20–26 €/m²
Large warehouse / logistics 800–3000 m² 4 mm, quartz + PU surface 18–24 €/m²
Production facility 300–2000 m² 4–6 mm reinforced 22–32 €/m²
Food plant / pharma 100–1000 m² Hygienic system + skirting 28–42 €/m²
Antistatic / ESD system any Special antistatic epoxy 32–48 €/m²

Important: Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on concrete condition, site accessibility, region, season and scope of work. An individual quote is always recommended. Site inspection and estimate — free of charge.

Price examples for real projects

Private garage — 50 m²
Concrete grinding + 2-layer 2 mm epoxy + non-slip quartz surface. Total cost: approximately €1,000–1,300. Work duration: 2 days (installation), full load after 7 days.

Warehouse — 500 m²
Concrete grinding + crack repair + priming + 3.5 mm industrial epoxy + quartz + polyurethane top coat. Total cost: approximately €10,000–14,000. Work duration: 5–7 days.

Production facility — 1,200 m²
Full surface preparation + 5 mm chemical-resistant epoxy system + wall skirting + PU top coat. Total cost: approximately €28,000–40,000. Work duration: 10–14 days (in zones, without stopping production).

Why is epoxy an economical solution?

Compared to other floor coverings — concrete paints, tiles or PVC — an epoxy floor is the most cost-effective solution for industrial facilities in the long term. Concrete paint lasts 2–3 years, tiles crack under load, PVC wears faster. An epoxy floor with proper application lasts 10–20 years with minimal maintenance.

If warehouse floor repairs without epoxy cost €5,000 every 3 years, but an epoxy floor costs €12,000 and lasts 15 years — epoxy saves more than €13,000 over that period, not to mention downtime costs during repairs.

About pricing and payments

Does the price include concrete preparation?

Yes. Our prices include everything — concrete grinding, crack repair, priming and the main epoxy coating. No hidden costs. If preparation is more complex (very weak concrete, oil contamination), we specify this in the quote in advance.

How is the final price calculated?

After site inspection we precisely measure the area, assess concrete condition and agree on the system. The quote is fixed — if additional preparation is discovered during work, we do not include it in the invoice without prior agreement.

Are there discounts for larger projects?

Yes. For projects over 500 m² the price per m² is significantly lower. Over 1000 m² — even more advantageous. The included grinding and material quantity creates economies of scale that we pass on to the client.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms: 30–50% advance before work begins, balance — after completion and acceptance. VAT invoice issued for companies. Instalment payment also available for private individuals.

How much does the estimate and site inspection cost?

Free of charge. We will come, measure, assess concrete condition and prepare a written quote — free of charge and without obligation. No pressure to make a decision.
