Professional epoxy floor coating for warehouses and logistics centers. Withstands forklifts, chemicals and heavy traffic. Service life 10–20 years.
A warehouse floor is subject to some of the greatest mechanical loads — forklifts, loaded carts and heavy racking systems create continuous point loads on the concrete base. Unprotected concrete in such an environment quickly cracks, dusts and develops surface damage, reducing workplace safety and increasing maintenance costs.
Epoxy floors for warehouses are a solution that combines mechanical durability, chemical resistance and easy cleaning in one monolithic coating. Our systems are designed specifically for industrial use — thickness from 2 to 6 mm depending on the planned load.
Withstands forklifts, heavy pallets and warehouse equipment weight without deformation or cracking.
Quartz additives provide a safe, non-slip surface even in wet and oily environments.
A monolithic, jointless coating eliminates concrete dust — a critical factor in food and pharmaceutical warehouses.
Withstands oils, acids, alkalis and cleaning chemicals used in daily warehouse operations.
With proper preparation and application, an epoxy warehouse floor lasts 10–20 years with minimal maintenance.
Light colours are available that improve room illumination and make warehouse operations more transparent.
Our team has completed epoxy floor installations in various warehouse and logistics facilities across Latvia. Here are typical project types:
📦 Logistics warehouse 500 m² — full epoxy system with reinforced 3 mm thickness, quartz non-slip surface, resistant to daily movement of 5-tonne forklifts. Project duration: 3–4 working days.
🍽️ Food warehouse 250 m² — hygienic epoxy system with antibacterial surface layer. Complies with EU food hygiene requirements. Easy to disinfect during daily cleaning.
🚛 Transit transhipment centre 1200 m² — high abrasion resistance epoxy system 4–5 mm thick. Withstands 24/7 intensive forklift traffic.
A quality epoxy floor starts with proper preparation. For every warehouse project our team carries out these stages:
1. Concrete assessment — we measure concrete moisture, check for cracks and identify any damage that must be addressed before applying the coating.
2. Floor grinding — using diamond-head grinders we remove the weak concrete layer, oil residues and old paint. This step is critical for epoxy adhesion.
3. Priming — a deep-penetrating primer reinforces the concrete and fills micropores, providing an ideal base.
4. Epoxy application — even, controlled coating with guaranteed thickness as per project specification.
5. Finishing — non-slip quartz or polyurethane surface layer for long-term durability.
Final price depends on warehouse area, concrete condition and desired coating thickness. Better rates for larger projects.
