Our epoxy coatings last for years — not months. If anything is wrong in the first years, we come back and fix it at no cost. That's how we've worked for 10+ years.
We ordered an epoxy floor for an 800 m² warehouse in Riga. The work was completed in 4 days, exactly as promised. The floor looks great and after a year there is not a single crack or delamination. Highly recommended.
We had strict hygiene requirements for food production. The team knew exactly what to do — an antibacterial system with wall cove bases. The sanitary inspection accepted it without any objections.
I tried DIY epoxy for my garage — it peeled off after 3 months. Then I called these guys. It's a completely different class — proper preparation, proper materials. It's been 2 years and the floor looks brand new.
Professionally applied epoxy with proper concrete preparation lasts 15–20 years under intensive industrial use. In less heavily loaded spaces (garages, offices) the service life can exceed 25 years. The key is quality from day one — proper preparation and certified materials.
Foot traffic is possible after 24 hours. Light equipment (cleaning machines, trolleys) can be used after 48–72 hours. Full industrial load — forklifts, heavy machinery — can be applied after 7 days. The process is faster in warm weather, slower in cold.
Yes — always. We never apply epoxy without professional concrete preparation, as that is the main reason coatings delaminate. Preparation includes diamond grinding, crack repair and priming. This is included in our price, not added as an extra cost.
Yes. We work in zones — dividing the floor area into sectors and working sequentially, so one zone is always accessible. This way large production facilities can be treated without completely stopping production. We plan the work together with you to minimise downtime.
Concrete must have a minimum strength of C20/25 (approximately 20 MPa). The most important indicator is moisture — it must not exceed 4% by mass. We measure moisture with special sensors before every job. If the concrete is too wet (new building, basement), solutions exist — moisture barrier systems.
Yes. A full RAL colour palette is available — more than 200 colour shades. The most popular in industrial spaces are light grey (RAL 7035), medium grey (RAL 7040) and anthracite (RAL 7016). Garages often choose darker shades that hide dirt. Colours can also be combined — for example, for safety line markings.
Yes. Every project comes with a written 2-year warranty. If coating defects due to our fault appear within this period (delamination, bubbles, cracks), we fix them at no charge. In practice the floor lasts 15–20 years, but the written warranty is 2 years in accordance with Latvian legislation.
Formally there is no minimum area — we also work with a 20 m² garage. However, note that for smaller objects the price per m² is higher, since the minimum quantity of materials and transport costs are relatively larger. For a garage (30–60 m²) the price may be 20–28 €/m², while for a large object (500+ m²) — 16–22 €/m².
Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on concrete condition, site accessibility, chosen system and scope of work. Exact price is determined after a free site inspection. View detailed pricing table →
